Since 1992, the Low Birth Weight Development Center has been helped more than 3000 low birth weight infants and their families.No other agency has developed more innovative and internationally recognized programs to teach families the skills necessary to build a better future than us.

Annual Giving is an integral part of how we are able to serve our families. We desperately need your help! Just imagine if you:
Lived 300% below poverty level - $600/month for a family of four
Had no health insurance and a fragile low birth weight infant needing specialized care
Had no transportation to take your child to the doctor and or emergency room
Came home to find your electricity had been turned off and your fragile infant requires daily breathing treatments in order to survive

Your annual gift of $2500 or more to LBWDC will help us change the lives of even more infants by providing much needed resources and expanding our current outreach. Levels of Giving
$3500 - a footprint plaque will be hung in the atrium of the center in addition to the rewards of the Liz's Legacy Society.
$5000 - You will sponsor a child for an entiire year. We will share this child’s story with you and show you how your generosity impacted that child’s life.plus rewards metioned above.
$10,000 -Name appears in all print and media for an entire year. Plaque placed in the center in the area of your choice plus the rewards mentioned above.
All Societymembers receive news about our organization, invitations to our donor recognition events and are recognized in our annual stewardship report. You can renew your gift each fiscal year or pledge a multi-year commitment.
